Terms & Conditions

Terms for using this website and working with AX4T as a business client.

Who we are

AX4T LTD is a company registered in England and Wales, number 16280124. Its registered office is 26 Garden Close, Maidstone, United Kingdom, ME15 8AX. Contact: hello@ax4t.com. AX4T provides business strategy, branding and visual design, social media and marketing support, websites, content, search optimisation, systems and ongoing business support.

Business clients and project agreements

Our services are supplied to businesses acting for business purposes. These terms govern use of this website and provide the general framework for working with AX4T. A project starts when the scope, fees and acceptance are agreed in writing. Service terms form part of an engagement where the accepted proposal or agreement incorporates them. A specific written agreement takes precedence over this general information.

Scope, delivery and changes

The accepted proposal identifies the work, deliverables, timetable, revisions and any ongoing support. Extra features, additional revisions and changes of direction require agreement on their effect on cost and timing. Estimates depend on timely access, content and decisions. Hosting, maintenance, backups, security monitoring and ongoing updates are included only where agreed.

Fees and payment

Fees, deposits, expenses, applicable taxes and payment dates are set out in the accepted proposal and invoice. Third-party subscriptions, advertising spend, hosting, domains and licences are separate unless expressly included. Tell us promptly if an invoice is disputed, identifying the amount and reason, so we can investigate. Any suspension for non-payment will follow the agreed contract and applicable law.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, authorised account access and timely feedback. You are responsible for the rights and permissions needed for supplied content, images, trademarks, customer lists and other materials. Review and approve factual claims, prices, regulated statements and final content before publication. AX4T may decline instructions that are unlawful or infringe another person’s rights.

Hosting, websites and Microsoft 365

We can build on, support or manage a client’s chosen platform. This may include Hostinger, GoDaddy, Wix and Microsoft 365, including Microsoft 365 supplied through GoDaddy. The proposal identifies who contracts with the provider, owns the accounts, pays renewals and handles administration and backups. Provider availability, platform changes and licence terms remain outside AX4T’s control. Client access is limited to the authority granted for the agreed work.

Intellectual property and third-party assets

Ownership or licensing of final deliverables is set out in the project agreement. No assignment of copyright, transfer of editable source files or grant of third-party licences is implied merely by receiving a proposal or draft. AX4T’s pre-existing methods, tools and reusable materials remain its property unless agreed otherwise. Third-party fonts, stock assets, software and subscriptions retain their own licence conditions. Your supplied materials remain yours or their respective owner’s.

Confidentiality and personal information

Each party must protect confidential information received for an engagement and use it only for the agreed work, except where disclosure is required by law or information is already legitimately public. Our Privacy Policy explains how AX4T handles its own business records. Where we process personal information on a client’s instructions, the client and AX4T must agree the appropriate data-processing terms and authorised access.

Results and professional judgement

We apply reasonable care and skill to the agreed services. Sales, engagement, audience growth, search positions and platform approval depend on factors beyond a provider’s control and are not guaranteed unless a specific contractual commitment says otherwise. Our business and marketing support is not a substitute for advice from your legal, tax, financial or other regulated advisers.

Ending an engagement and handover

Cancellation, notice periods, refunds, outstanding work and handover follow the accepted agreement and applicable law. Contact hello@ax4t.com to request a change or ending date. Work already performed and agreed, non-recoverable third-party costs remain subject to that agreement. Account access, files and personal information must be returned, transferred or removed as agreed; legal record-keeping obligations may require some records to be retained.

Website use and responsibility

You may use this website to learn about AX4T and contact us. Do not misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code or infringe others’ rights. Website information may change and does not itself create a client relationship. External links are provided for convenience; their operators control their content and services.

Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Other responsibilities and remedies follow applicable law and the accepted project agreement. These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and disputes fall within its courts’ jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law. Contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns.

Changes and contact

These terms were updated on 8 October 2026. Changes to website terms do not retrospectively rewrite an existing signed project agreement. Questions and complaints can be sent to hello@ax4t.com or to AX4T LTD at its registered office.
