AX4T discusses the objective, customers, existing activity and constraints. Depending on the brief, that may include reviewing pages, messages, enquiry handling, tools or current reporting. AX4T distinguish what is known from what still needs evidence.
02 / Prioritise
AX4T turns the findings into a clear scope: what will be delivered, what you need to provide, who approves it and how progress will be assessed. Dependencies and exclusions are made visible before work begins.
03 / Build
Design, content, websites and systems are developed against the agreed brief. Feedback is gathered at sensible points so decisions stay connected to the objective rather than drifting into preference alone.
04 / Review
Launch is a handover into real use. AX4T agrees what should be checked, who owns it and whether further improvement or ongoing support is appropriate. The review uses the evidence available rather than claiming certainty where there is none.
